Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct. Where multiple Accounts are detected, SureWin168 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any balances therein, and permanently ban the user from the Platform.

Before the first withdrawal is processed — and at any other time SureWin168 deems necessary — Players must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid, government-issued identity document. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication details with any third party. SureWin168 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. SureWin168 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following Payment Methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and via supported cryptocurrency channels (BTC and USDT at the prevailing rate). The availability of specific Payment Methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment channel or promotional offer. SureWin168 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as reasonably practicable, typically within three (3) to ten (10) minutes following successful KYC verification. Processing times may be extended during peak demand periods or where additional verification is required. SureWin168 does not guarantee withdrawal processing within any specific timeframe.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.

All Account balances are maintained in MYR. For cryptocurrency deposits, amounts are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. SureWin168 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

SureWin168 offers various promotional programmes — including welcome deposit bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral programmes, and ongoing reload offers — subject to the specific terms associated with each individual promotion. The general principles governing all bonuses are set out below.

All bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements, which vary by offer type. As a reference: the 288% Magnificent bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement; the 100% Standard bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement; the 188% Esports bonus carries an 18x wagering requirement; and the 2% Cryptocurrency Deposit bonus carries an 8x wagering requirement. Game and bet results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. SureWin168 will not reverse a result on the basis that a Player believes an error occurred unless objective evidence of a technical malfunction attributable to the Platform is established and confirmed by our technical team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SureWin168 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the Platform if you do not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.

SureWin168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including (without limitation) where we reasonably believe that:

• The Player has breached these Terms or any other Platform policy.
• The Account is being used in connection with Prohibited Conduct.
• The Player has failed to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require us to restrict access.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme.

Where an Account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, any Account balance — including deposited funds and bonus balances — may be forfeited at SureWin168's discretion, subject to investigation. Where termination is not due to Player fault, uninvested deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method following KYC verification.
